Why Worry? (1923)

Glasses (Lloyd), the young and rich businessman, suffers from hypochondria so he sails to a tropical island for a vacation full of rest and fresh sea air.
Once there, however, he finds himself in the middle of a revolution where he is mistaken for a representative of the anti-revolution party, and promptly ends up in prison as a cellmate of the friendly giant, Colosso.
